Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel or cycle. There are seven main chakras situated along the spine, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.

• Green Adventurine (Heart)—love, safety, trust, grief, attachment.
• Red Jasper (Root)—survival, physical health, grounding, stability, fear, anger.
• Lapiz Lazuli (Throat)—self-confidence, emotional balance, self-expression, awareness, clarity of direction.
