How to wear the bands.

Cleaning Ioneer products
In case the bands need to be cleaned, they can be hand washed in maximum 30° Celsius water. You mustn’t iron them or put them into a dryer, or spin-dryer. They shouldn’t be put in direct heat, because this may damage the bands. After washing, the healing effect will remain the same as before.
