Amethyst Twin Cluster
Amethyst is the purple or violet variant that is part of the Quartz family.
It can be found all over the world including Spain. Brazil, Russia, Mexico and the United States.
The word amethyst derives it from the Greek word “ametusthos” which means “not intoxicated.”
Ancient Greeks have been recorded to carve their goblets out of this stone.
Historically this stone was also used to create jewellery such as amulets, pendants and beads.
